Our goal is to get to “get to know each other by doing something together”, rather than mindlessly reading off sales decks to you. As we’re doing this, we’re (a) getting to know each other, (b) doing a deep dive into your fundraising readiness, AWS cloud, and security, and (c) giving you an executive report will have some tangible value from it. Along with this, we’ll include recommendations of how we could work together, but specifically tailored based on everything we learned.

The aim of qualification is to make sure your sector, available capital, and relationship alignment make sense from both sides — aka. we don’t want to waste time from either side, so we’re helping to align on “can you afford this”, and “do you like our approach”. We do this case-by-case, but general rule of thumb is: B2B SaaS, 20+ headcount, using AWS cloud.

We work on long-term engagements (12-month contracts). We’re here to get to know your organization, your leaders and team, and operate as one of your own that you can trust and rely on. We want to make sure technology is something no one in org ever second guesses again.

We have built our pricing to align with your internal budeting models. You likely have a spreadsheet with “name, role, cost” for each resource you have planned for. Think of us as filling that role on your spreadsheet. We scale our team sizes and allocations based on what we know is required for each stage of growth (we’ve done it enough to know based on size of your team, architecture complexity, and how well we fit in with your existing team).

We are often best “pre-fundraise” and “post-fundraise”. If you’re waiting to close your next round to scale up, our free consultations can be used as a good way to prepare for “what exactly will I rollout post fundraise, and what will it cost”; as well as get some executive guidance on fundraising, and tech & infrastructure you’ll want in place & ready for once that cheque lands in the bank.
